Our dad, nicknamed ‘Oldman’ by his friends, was only 23 at the time. How did he get this endearing nickname? Because his dry, calloused hands, evidence of his hard work, resembled those of a grandpa. For decades, he built his business with these two hands, guided by his entrepreneurial spirit and his values
