Deliveries
Deliveries will be made on the same day for orders received before 10AM. For orders received after 10AM, deliveries will be made the next day (or as requested). Please note orders will only be processed from Tuesdays to Sundays.
Cancellations
We always do our best to process your orders as soon as we can. For this reason, change of orders and cancellations of orders are not accepted. If there are any issues, however, feel free to contact us at +60 14-212 9722 or oldman.seafood.loye@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of products sold, we only accept returns for incorrect or damaged items. In such a case, kindly contact us as soon as possible (for fresh goods) or within 24 hours of delivery (for all other goods) to arrange for a return and refund. You may reach us at +60 14-212 9722 or oldman.seafood.loye@gmail.com. Where needed, we may ask for a photo of your receipt and of the item(s) received.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your card or bank account, depending on your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice if deemed necessary.
